Bharat Dube possesses a wealth of experience in creating strategies and solutions to protect trusted luxury brands from counterfeiting and piracy. Prior to Veri-Site, Bharat served in various leadership roles over 20 years at the IP litigation team of Richemont Group – a Swiss luxury goods conglomerate – protecting brands like Cartier and Montblanc. Bharat began his career at the World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, a specialized UN agency. He has been invited to speak at leading intellectual property conferences around the world – including events sponsored by the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition, the International Trademark Association, WIPO and various bar associations. Bharat earned his Juris Doctor from Duke Law School in 1986 and is a graduate of the United World College of the Atlantic, and Harvard University (A.B. magna cum laude) in 1983. He is currently based in Singapore.

Before joining EY, Bharat worked with Star TV, a subsidiary of News Corp, where he was responsible for the marketing and sales of several niche channels. Throughout his career, Bharat has advised numerous startups in the digital and eCommerce industry. Based in New Delhi, Bharat Kapoor has a Bachelor’s degree with honours in business from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Harrison is Vice President of Business Development, North America for Strategic IP Information Pte. Ltd. Prior to this, he was In-House Counsel and Vice President for Sports 1 Marketing, a Warren Moon company. Starting in 1995 and for seventeen years thereafter, he was CEO of a company he founded in an industry he created, Snow Farm Vineyard and Winery, which was Vermont’s first commercial vineyard and grape winery. In that capacity, Harrison lectured at a multitude of colleges and universities, taught a course at the University of Vermont and was featured in numerous articles and pieces ranging from the New York Times to Smithsonian Magazine to Weekend Edition on National Public Radio. Twice, he traveled to Macedonia as an agricultural and wine consultant on behalf of the State of Vermont as well as the State Department. Finally, prior to starting Snow Farm, he was an Assistant Attorney General with the state of Vermont. He has been a guest writer/speaker at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts. Harrison received his B.A. in Chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College and his J.D. from The University of Baltimore School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Maryland (active), New York (inactive), and Vermont (inactive).

Richard Gronback is a software engineer specializing in Eclipse modeling technologies, generative programming, and cloud-based application platforms. Formerly, Richard was Chief Scientist for modeling products at Borland Software Corporation where he managed both open source and commercial product development Richard represented Borland on the Eclipse Board of Directors, Planning and Architecture Councils, co-founded the top-level Eclipse Modeling Project. Richard is author of the book, “Eclipse Modeling Project, a Domain-Specific Language Toolkit.” Prior to Borland, Richard worked at TogetherSoft, Ariba, and Andersen Consulting. Richard holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from the University of Connecticut. He was a reactor operator in the U.S. Navy before entering his career in software.
